Meet Our Team

18 years ago, Mark willingly stepped up to a Presidential role. Along the way, he has helped to expand the service and material capabilities of AES while building a team of professional and competent ‘Eventurists’ that follow the same client forward thinking philosophy, “We don’t service events; we service the people that make the event.”

Fun Facts: Husband, Father x4, oldest of 5 siblings, fly fisherman, golfer, BBQ aficionado, watching his kids’ sports, travel, movies. Go SF Niners and Giants!

Inside her 20th year in the industry, Mary brings a vast range of knowledge in many aspects of the job. Mary began in customer service and progressed to managing a customer service team for Metropolitan Exposition, a nationwide company. It was Mary’s love for freight that earned her role as Director of Transportation which ultimately lead to Director of Training & Safety. Mary shared her breadth of knowledge with AES to include: customer service, freight, production, rigging, project management and account management.

Fun Facts: Mary loves traveling the world, eating new cuisines and trying new adventures. She belongs to the Explorers Club for diving on shipwrecks and is a die-hard fan of the New York Football Giants.

Originally from Nottingham, England, Terry made his way to the states in 2005. He started working in the trade show industry after many years in logistics and management. Terry’s “can-do” attitude helps keep his team moral strong while working hard under stressful scenarios. He is a driven and determined team leader who will stop at nothing to produce a successful event, time and time again.

Fun Facts: Terry is a father to two sets of twins (dogs and humans). He loves a nice cup of tea paired with a warm biscuit in the morning. He also enjoys flipping used cars and rocking out to Radiohead on his way into work.

Originally from Nigeria, Kingsley grew up in Onitsha, a metropolitan city southeast of the country. He joined our team in 2013 as a Warehouse Associate months after moving to the U.S. and quickly worked his way to Senior Production Lead. As one of our in-house experts on technical matters, systems and onsite-warehouse operations, Kingsley has found his niche in the event planning industry. His creative spirit and willingness to take on any challenge makes him an asset to the AES Team! Kingsley’s goal is to understand the needs of our clients and provide exceptional service.

Fun Facts: Kingsley enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing and watching soccer and software programming.

Dave’s two decades in the industry bring an experiential and leadership benefit with him. We are so lucky to have added him to our team. His enthusiastic and client forward attitude are infectious, and those that work with him are sure to make a quick connection. Dave’s strengths in management and detail preparation help lead AES both in the office and on the show floor.

Fun Facts: Dave’s dog, Wylie is one of the favorite office mascots. As a music buff, Dave has decades worth of concert stories. Other activities include bike rides, camping and enjoying a fine beer with friends.

With over 20 years in the industry, Gina brings varied experience in conference and event management however, it’s her 15 years in Customer Service which she has enjoyed the most. Gina began as a personal exhibitor assistant and through continually exceeding customer expectations was promoted to Client Relations Director. Gina is always striving to improve the exhibitor experience using technology but stays focused on the importance of a direct human interface.

Fun Facts: Gina resides in Jupiter, Florida where she is mom to one teenager. Gina loves to cook and travel.

Samantha comes from many years working in events. When she was younger, she found herself helping her mom with events, which lead her to find a career in Event Planning. With a passion for events, she left the world of weddings to join the trade show world. She excels in building relationships with her clients and knows her excellent customer service is an asset to the AES team.

Fun fact: She’s is mom to a feisty preteen. She loves Dr, Pepper, peanut butter M&Ms, binge watching Grey’s Anatomy and trying out new breweries with her husband.

With 6 years of experience in Customer Service, Bruno is a new addition to the team who works with our exhibitors to achieve excellent service with every phone call, email and face-to-face interaction! Bruno is fresh to the industry and is learning and growing quickly by being surrounded by the awesome AES team. Bruno loves to interact with people from the very first to the very last exhibitor of the day! He thrives on finding solutions and making everything run smoothly for your event!


FunFacts: Bruno was born and raised in San Francisco with his roots tracing back to Nicaragua. A life long SF Giants superfan, loves his Border Collie, Chubs, and never misses a UFC event.

Daisy has always been known as “The Planner” which developed a passion for Wedding Planning. That passion turned into a 17-year long career. During that time, she became a Certified Wedding Planner through Cal-State East Bay and has planned over 100 weddings. She has a well-rounded skill set in event planning and honed talents in coordination and logistics management making her an asset to the AES team. She takes pride in being a consistent problem solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects all while maintaining grace under pressure.

Fun Facts: Wife, Dance Mom, Dog Mom, obsessed with Penguins, wine & whiskey drinker, often speaks in movie/TV quotes and is fluent in sarcasm.

Melissa started her career in the association industry working for various trades from the building industry to healthcare. She followed her heart to serve her community working the non-profit sector at Habitat for Humanity building hope, homes and community. Having worked in both the association and non-profit sector, Melissa has the unique ability to empathize with her client’s needs and recognize events are an extension of your organization’s mission and brand. 

FunFacts: Proud mom of two rescue pups (Mae and Choco) and enjoys fostering rescue dogs in her free time. She lives, laughs, and loves in Midtown with her friends and family while eating her way across Sacramento’s incredible food scene. She is a card-carrying nerd who loves to chat about Star Wars and debate Alien vs Predator.

Jess comes from a project management background in construction. She majored in International Business with a Marketing minor and is fluent in Spanish. Jessica discovered her talent for event planning while working in luxury hospitality for almost a decade. Creative, friendly and analytical; she has the perfect balance to adapt to any situation in the live events planning process. From start to finish, she’s got you covered.

FunFacts: Jess loves music, art and fashion. Some of her hobbies are yoga, hiking, travel and dance. Favorite foods are sushi and Spanish tapas.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Vincent has strived towards growth and community since a young age. In his working experience, he’s been a jack of all trades from AV tech support to being a plant guru with local nurseries to traveling the world importing handicraft from a variety of artisans. No matter what, Vincent has always gravitated towards people, and has spent 11 years building his customer service skills to ensure every person is met and left with a smile.

FunFacts: Vincent is a huge nerd for the natural world. He enjoys spending time outside with all the animals, plants, and rocks. Free time is spent volunteering at community gardens, traveling around, smelling the flowers, or sharing laughs with friends.
